The Fine Print

The Fine Print: Limit 1 use per patient or customer. Cannot be used multiple times across locations. Not valid for past treatments or purchases. Requires purchase on entire package prior to first treatment in the series. Treatments do not expire. If there are unused treatments in the package, they will not be refunded. Package or unused treatments are not transferrable to another person. In the event that you are medically unable to receive any remaining treatments in your package, a refund will only be given after an adjustment back to retail, non-promotion price. Mandel Dermatology reserves the right to discontinue, cancel, refuse, or reject any offer at any time for any reason.
